Your library card will be active for you the same day that you sign up for one. How long are check out times? The check-out period for all materials is two (2) weeks. Are there late fees? There is a 5 cent a day late fine for books, videos and materials - per item per day. If you have overdue items, fines or damages, you will not be able to check out other items or use the computers, until late fees are paid.
