Google engineers are pretty clever. They have built in applications and ways to get at information right into the browser.
Here are 5 of our favorites:
Set a timer.
For example if I type, “set timer to 45 minutes and 30 seconds,” the clock will immediately start to count down.
Eat this, not that.
Type in “hamburger vs. veggie burger,” for instance, and you’ll get a complete nutritional breakdown.
I could type in “3 yards to inches” and find out that there are 108 inches in 3 yards.
Track a package
Enter the tracking number in the search bar. No need to go to UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Find all the books by an author.
Search for “Books by” and the name of an author, Google will display all of their works. And, it even lets you sort by popularity, newest or oldest.
